While the service was friendly and the dining had its highlights, improvements are definitely needed, especially regarding comfort in the rooms and the breakfast offerings. Our stay at Kia Ora was truly magical! The resort is beautifully located with an amazing beach just steps away. Our room, a pool villa, was stunning and offered complete privacy, although there were a few signs of wear and tear. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home.
